Our first residence should expect move-in around Spring of 2025.

We have a variety of floor plans ranging from 1 bedroom, 673 sqft units to 3 bedroom, 2,198 sqft units. A variety of high-end finish selections are available as well.

Once you’ve decided on a unit and are in contract, you’ll go through the selection process with a sales representative. When your unit is finished, you’ll have a final walk-thru before taking possession.

There is attached parking and the building is a secure-access building with fobbed entrances.

There are a variety of amenities including a lounge, a fitness facility, and rooftop pool and kitchen area. The condo fee includes building maintenance, insurance, gas and trash.

Only electric grills are allowed on decks per Columbus City code. Gas grills are available in the residents kitchens area.

Long term rentals only — 6 months minimum.
